EXPERIENCE
Reception/ Office services- Foster Garvey PC February 2022- April 2022
At Foster Garvey I was responsible for a few tasks needed for the office. I answer phone calls throughout the day, answering questions about our firm or transferring the client to their paralegal or attorney. I help clients that have meetings get to their conference rooms as they come in throughout the day. I am also responsible for ordering all supplies needed for our printers and copiers in the office. Or if there are any technical issues, I try to fix them. If I can’t fix them myself, I figure out what needs to be done. For our paralegals I find and file client matter cases so we can store them onsite or send them off sight. I am also in charge of doing all the mail thought FedEx, USPS, and UPS!
HomeGoods- Spokane Valley June 2020- January 2022
At HomeGoods I did a variety of things. I would help unload the trucks we get and unpackaged the boxes of product. I would neatly stock the shelves as well. Occasionally my managers would give me a section of the store to re-work. I completed these tasks thoroughly. I also would check people out at the registers once they were done shopping. I did various things in Customer service. I would show customers where items they are looking for are located. I would carry furniture and take rugs down for our customers. I also answered the phone and talked with customers who are looking for a specific item. I also got the privilege of marking items down and adding them to our clearance isles.
Victorias Secret - Bellevue Square June 2022- May 2023
At Victorias Secret I had multiple responsibilities. I helped open the store in the mornings so my responsibilities were opening registers, updating our marketing, opening the fitting rooms and pushing out new product. Our main priority is our customers satisfaction. I am usually sales lead day to day where I connected with customers, became aware of their needs and wants and let them know our promotions. I also completed what we call a bra fit experience. I kindly welcomed our customers in and then started to help where I can and am needed. I accurately measure our customers in bra size and help give suggestions for new styles based off of what they are looking for. We help once they are in the firing rooms by finding what is going to work best once tried on, after we find the exact product they are looking for we help them to the check out where we complete the process. I also relayed what the customer is looking for in my headset so that other team members can help the overall success of our customers hunt for certain items that they came looking for.
REI Co-Op - Remote April 2023- July 2023
As a remote call center representative as REI I have a goal to get overall satisfaction from a customer as quickly and efficiently as positive. Here I take various phone calls all day which go from helping cancel or update orders to helping order items for our valued members as well. I also deal with everything in between from general question, membership updates and inquiries on reward and gift cards. In this role I was responsible for putting the most I can into my calls Helping find exactly what the customer needs and giving an overall pleasant and memorable experience.
Shotzy’s Coffee July 2023-November 2023
As a barista at a local coffee shop I am responsible for many tasks. Helping the everyday success of the shop while handling cash. This role comes with a lot of multitasking as I work closing shifts by myself. I also help run and make posts for the instagram and Facebook pages for the coffee shop. As a barista you are the face of the company and we strive for success. Customer service and loyalty is a must in this role as we value our customers and the input that they have for us.

Not only that but i stay in contact and make emails, texts, and phone calls to my customers to keep them up to date with news and updates in prices and vehicle features. At Tesla it is my goal to create a great experience for each customer and future Tesla owner. I work in a sales team where we help and assist each other to get our quarterly goals done and hit our targets for the months to come.
SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
Link Leader- East Valley High School
As a link leader I was responsible for helping incoming freshman and new students throughout the year. I would give them a tour of the school, show them where their classes are and introduce them to the teachers. I would also show them where their locker is located and how to open it. Every week we had a program where we were matched with an 8th grader who will be and incoming freshman. I would show them a day in the life of a high schooler. I helped answer their questions and make sure their experience is joyful while attending my classes.
